ROSS ANDREWS
Ross looks after clients predominantly across the eastern seaboard, with strong capabilities and referral networks across Australia.
An accomplished finance professional with over 30 years’ experience, Ross managed the Queensland branch of a national financial services company before establishing a private finance company, It subsequently merged with an international private bank where Ross specialised in medical finance.
Having funded a large number of dentistry, plastic surgery, pharmacy, dermatology and cardiology practices, as well as fulfilling the personal finance needs of a multitude of medical and professional clients, Ross is well known for facilitating innovative, optimally structured, competitive and fast finance solutions.
MARK PIERCE
Mark is a highly experienced banker, with 25 years’ tenure in major global and domestic banks including Westpac, Macquarie Bank, Rabobank and Credit Suisse, where he completed some of the largest private equity and buy-out transactions in the Australian market.
In 2009, Mark became an independent debt arranger and advisor, including consulting to operating lease company Alleasing Pty Ltd and acting as its part-time Head of Treasury. Mark offers a wealth of expertise in institutional funding, risk management and governance, which are the functions he oversees at Medpro Finance.
MATT RUeLLAND
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, in organisations including Banque National de Paris and Societe Generale. He has held roles in all operational aspects of a finance company, including the position of Chief Operating Officer for Societe Generale Equipment Finance in Australia, Executive General Manager for Upstream Solutions (owned by Fuji Xerox) and Head of Financing for Fuji Xerox Australia.
Highly regarded in the industry as a dedicated, thoughtful and innovative finance professional, Matt manages Credit, Operations and related aspects of the Medpro Finance business.
BRAD SMITH
After 8 years learning his trade in a Chartered Accounting Practice, Brad became a Commercial Accountant, Financial Controller, Credit Manager and ultimately General Manager for a Brisbane-based manufacturing Company. Throughout this time, Brad also supported the credit and accounting functions of the finance business which preceded Medpro Finance.
In June 2013 he became the full-time Group CFO, and manages the back office, finance and administration functions of Medpro Finance. Brad’s proven accounting expertise, and his thorough, conservative approach to managing the company’s key finance processes ensures strong risk management and uncompromising precision with respect to transaction settlement and financial reporting.
NATASHA BREITMAN
Natasha is a highly skilled finance professional, with 20 years experience in Banking and Superannuation, having held a number of senior management roles, most recently with ANZ Wealth and AMP. Prior to this, Natasha’s expertise in operations, compliance, lending and investments was developed through 9 years at Investec Bank Australia, helping grow and manage the private client treasury and investments business.
As the General Manager of the Medpro Finance group, Natasha will oversee all business functions, acting as an enabler for operational efficiency, sustainable business growth, product development and managing a dedicated and empowered team.
heman hossaini
Heman joined MFC in January 2020 as the Head Of Credit and brings with him over 8 years of experience in credit & risk. He started his credit career at the NAB in 2013 and later moved to the ANZ, where he analysed new lending proposals with transactions ranging from $1M - $35M as well as credit risk exposures across an assigned commercial portfolio. From 2016 to 2020 Heman held various credit & risk positions at Prospa, playing an integral role in building and scaling the credit decisioning function prior to the company’s IPO on the ASX.

Over the last 20 years Angela has been partnering with doctors, dentists and vets across Queensland as they build and grow their practices. Through her longevity in the medical finance sector Angela has developed a close understanding of the financial needs of medical professionals and is passionate about helping them pursue their personal and professional goals. Angela looks after our intermediaries and clients across Queensland.
MATT NEWHAM
Matt’s 15 years of experience across different segments in the healthcare sector provide him with a unique combination of skills and expertise. In his last three roles Matt has gained management experience in both Medical Centre operations and within the Dental supplier sector, as well as developing an excellent understanding of doctors’ professional insurance needs through his time with a member-owned professional indemnity cover provider.
Matt is passionate about being able to adopt a unique perspective in understanding the needs of clients to drive commercial growth for medical specialists, general practitioners, dentists, veterinarians and allied health professionals. By developing excellent relationships, Matt seeks to ensure that clients and referrers receive optimally structured and managed finance solutions to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Sofia Huhtaluoma
Having recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Applied Finance and HR, Sofia joined Medpro as an Assistant Client Manager in early 2022.
Sofia’s experience in customer service, an analytical mind and strong attention to detail means she is perfect for this role, and we know our clients will enjoy her can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Tatiana Ruggiero
Tatiana is a performance driven leader who oversees the Client Managers in the Medpro Sydney & Brisbane offices. Through her 15 years of experience, she provides extensive support for the Business Development Managers and Client Managers while also has a strong capability in settlements and operations.
Tatiana graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Sao Paulo State University and a Master of Science in International Business from the University College Dublin.
Tatiana utilises her communication skills, empathetic nature and professional approach bring great value to clients and her team.
HANNAH SMITH
Hannah manages the NSW and Vic client portfolio, assisting Ross Andrews with facilitating and administering client applications, enabling settlements and providing ongoing relationship management.
Hannah graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in International Trade and Finance.
Hannah’s education, professional experience, sporting leadership roles and extensive travel have equipped her with the determination and skills to tenaciously pursue commercial solutions for our clients, with an agile and resourceful approach.
Aaron Coelho
With over six years’ experience in lending, together with a background in Operations, Customer Service and Credit, Aaron is perfectly positioned to provide support across all aspects of the business portfolio, from lending transactions and client management to operations and settlements.
Aaron’s strong work ethic and client-centric mindset make for a great combination in his role as Client Manager, supporting the Sydney team in managing the client portfolio.
Aaron graduated from Macquarie university with a Bachelor of Applied Financed with Economics.
